An extraordinary coffee liqueur born from a meeting of two great Italian passions: the finest Ethiopian Arabica coffee and the centuries-old Veneto tradition of distilling. Bottega Espresso is crafted from prized Sidamo and Djimmah Arabica varieties — celebrated for their naturally fruity, complex character — processed through three distinct techniques to extract every dimension of flavour. A touch of grappa is added before bottling in the Venetian spirit of the resentin, honouring the old tradition of rinsing an empty coffee cup with grappa.

Production

The Ethiopian Arabica beans undergo three different roasting profiles and extraction methods — hot infusion, cold infusion, and water-alcohol infusion — each unlocking a different layer of the coffee's aromatic complexity. The extracts are then masterfully blended and finished with fine grappa, a nod to the beloved Venetian coffee ritual.
