Refund policy
We stand by our wine and our service. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.

If your wine is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you, your choice.

If your wine is corked or faulty, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll sort it out. We may arrange to collect unopened bottles for a refund.

If your parcel hasn’t shown up please tell us within 7 days of dispatch.

If you’re in a rural area, returns may need to be dropped off at your local courier agent — pickup services may not be available there.
