Refund policy

We stand by our wine and our service. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.

  • If your wine is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you, your choice.

  • If your wine is corked or faulty, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll sort it out. We may arrange to collect unopened bottles for a refund.

  • If your parcel hasn’t shown up please tell us within 7 days of dispatch.

  • If you’re in a rural area, returns may need to be dropped off at your local courier agent — pickup services may not be available there.


Out of Stock? No Problem

If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you right away with options:

  • A refund,

  • A suggested alternative,

  • Or the chance to wait for it to come back in stock.
