A celebration of Northern Italy's oldest and most revered distilling tradition, Sandro Bottega Young Grappa is crafted from the finest pomace of Prosecco, Amarone, and Moscato grapes — the solid residues left after pressing that carry the most concentrated aromatic compounds of the grape skin. Presented in an iconic bottle shaped like a single suspended drop of grappa, it is as striking on the shelf as it is in the glass.

Production

Distilled using traditional methods that carefully extract the aromatic essences from the grape pomace, this young (unaged) grappa is bottled to preserve its fresh, vibrant character — crystal clear and full of life. The result is a pure expression of the Veneto's winemaking soul.
