An inviting and elegant Nebbiolo from one of Piemonte’s most forward-thinking estates. 

Harvested manually in late September to early October from vineyards perched atop Lirano Hill—right on the border of the Barolo appellation—these grapes are grown in chalky, mineral-rich soils that impart finesse and structure. Fermentation begins after gentle stalk removal and pressing, with a brief cool maceration before warming to 30 °C in stainless steel. A 10–15 day skin contact ensures colour and tannin integration, followed by malolactic fermentation and 12 months’ ageing in European oak casks from Slavonia, Hungary, and Switzerland.
