Some bottles are made for an ordinary Friday night, and some just feel right when there is something worth celebrating. Bottega Gold is definitely the latter.

We love this Prosecco not only for the beautiful gold bottle, but because what is inside lives up to the presentation. It is elegant, fresh and beautifully balanced, with fine, persistent bubbles and the clean, lively character we look for in a good Prosecco. Made from Glera grapes in the Prosecco DOC region of Veneto, it has fresh fruit flavours, delicate floral notes and a lovely crisp finish.

Bottega is one of the larger producers we import, and Gold is a great example of the quality and consistency they achieve. It is a wine we would happily open ourselves, but it also makes a wonderful gift. The distinctive gold bottle and matching gift box make it feel special from the moment it is handed over.

This is the bottle for birthdays, anniversaries, a special dinner, a thank-you, or simply when you want to mark an occasion properly. Serve it well chilled and let the bottle do some of the celebrating for you.
