Production

Pistachios are harvested in Sicily and ground into a fine paste using traditional methods that retain all their natural oils and aromatic compounds. This paste is then blended with alcohol, water, cane sugar, and a touch of grappa, which adds a delicate complexity to the sweet, nutty base.
