A special, late-harvest expression of Grillo (Sicilys most beloved white grape variety) from Caruso & Minini, Tagos Grillo 2021 is a deliciously fresh dessert wine that balances ripe, candied fruit with bright, herb-driven lift. This is Grillo turned to its most generous, honeyed side — perfect for those who love a sweet finish that still feels lively.

Vinification highlights
Made from late-harvest Grillo grapes picked to concentrate sugars and flavour, the winemaking aims to preserve aromatic clarity and freshness. Fruit was handled gently, pressed with care and fermented at cool temperatures to retain bright fruit characters; the finished wine retains residual sweetness while keeping a lively, refreshing finish.

Serve lightly chilled (around 8–10 °C) in small dessert wine glasses.
