La Gamma Rossa is a bottom-fermented, double malt beer with abundant and lasting foam and an unmistakable aroma of toasted malt and cane sugar. It pours a deep red colour with a soft, sweet-leaning taste and a structured body.
Brewed with high-quality malts and hops personally selected by Menabrea's Master Brewer, combined with pure Alpine waters from Biella. Pairs well with cured meats, red meat, mature cheeses, and chocolate desserts. Recommended serving temperature: 6-8°C.
